  • 1) Face to Face Coaching in my Boutique Studio in DUNCRAIG, Perth, Australia.

There is nothing quite like a One-on-One Personal Training Session. I can do all the thinking for you. Focus on your technique. Push you harder than you would work on your own. And create sessions that are varied, exciting and specific to your unique goals, strengths, weaknesses, and any injuries.

  • PRICE = 1:1 30min $75

  • PRICE = 1:1 45 mins $90

  • Partners = 30mins $45 each

  • Partners = 45mins $55 each

  • Trio = 45mins $40 each

    You can even partner up with a friend/s to help split the cost - rates per person depend on numbers.

  • 2) Small Group Ladies Classes in my Studio

    These classes are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays at 9.15am for 45mins. I take a maximum of 6 ladies at one time. All levels of fitness welcome. (For some injuries these classes may not be suitable). Every class is different. They involve strength training, fitness, circuits, boxing, H.I.I.T, balance and agility. Surround yourself with like-minded women who train hard and have fun. There are guaranteed laughs in these classes. I have ladies aged from 28-60 currently attending.

  • These classes are often booked out so please contact me to see if a permanent spot is available.

  • PRICE = $30 per person per class (direct debit only)

  • 3) Online PROGRAMMING

  • WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • A tailored 8 week program for those who are self motivated to train at home or in a gym. The program is designed by my self and is not generic in anyway. You will gain access to an app called Trainerize where your personal program will be stored. It will contain all the videos and information that you will need to get the ball rolling on your own. Many of my face to face clients train with me 1-2x pw but then also use this option for extra sessions outside of me. Every 8 weeks we have a chat to discuss what you love, what is working, what we need to change etc. so that I can create your next program of progressions.

  • PRICE = $100 for 2 days of programming

  • PRICE = $120 for 3 days of programming

  • PRICE = $140 for 4 days of programming

  • 4) Nutrition Coaching

  • WHAT IS INLCLUDED?

  • Because I spend all of my working hours coaching 1:1 or writing programs I no longer have the capacity for nutrition coaching on the side so I have teamed up with my amazing friend and NLP trained nutritionist Jessica Lowe. She looks after any of my clients who are wanting to go the extra mile with their nutrition to boost their results at a fraction of the cost it would be to see her face to face ($499)

  • The package is for a 12 week minimum time frame and is a direct debit of $29 per week. The package includes an in depth 30 minute A.I. consultation which will provide a report that includes a summary of your goals and considerations used to calculate your personal nutrition needs including your lifestyle, job and exercise routine. The report will provide a 7 day meal plan that works exactly to the calories, macro nutrients and micronutrients that you need to succeed. No need to log food anymore! The thinking is done for you with the option of accessing hundreds of amazing extra recipes. The meal plan will update every 28 days after you complete your check in. You will also have access to Jess and her team through their VIP Facebook group where you can ask any questions along the way. Clients have found these plans very helpful as they are family friendly, portion sizes can be changed, grocery lists are provided and even if you only stick to the plan 70% of the time you will still get results!

My approach to training is PERSONAL

I approach personal training the way that I personally would want to be trained. I like to educate my clients on all components of fitness such as strength, cardio, power, balance and much more. However if you have something specific you would like me to work on that’s exactly what I will do. Whether your an absolute beginner or have had decades of experience. I believe that in order to achieve the best results you need to walk out the door feeling like you have worked hard and climbed one step closer to where you want to be. My goal is to make sure exercise is no longer a chore but something to be excited about.

I practice what I preach. A lot of what I plan I personally have done. I train 4-6 times a week. I cook healthy meals which get posted up on social media regularly - I also eat out and enjoy the food I love at least once a week. I want you to feel like you can get fit and healthy but still enjoy what you love! This is my mission!

PLAN AHEAD

I ACTUALLY PLAN. Each session for every client is thoughtfully planned out according to their goals and individual requirements like time, injures, pre/post pregnancy or sports specific training. I tailor your sessions/programs in advance and adjust them along the way as you need.

MY CLIENTS

Over the past 18 years I have trained a range of clients from Millennial’s to Baby Boomers, from Gen X to Z. I’ve trained men and women and I have a high client success rate with achievements of up 50kg of weight loss. Because of my tailored sessions and genuine personality, I have a high client retention rate with both my face-to-face clients and online clients. The majority of my clients have been with me for years!
